Thank you for choosing Sweedies! We know you're excited to get your hands on the best Swedish candy in the game. We ship all orders directly from our fulfillment center in Glen Allen, Virginia.
By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping terms and timelines.
1. Processing & Handling Time
We move fast so you can snack fast.
- All orders are typically processed and packed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday may not ship until the following Monday.
- During peak seasons or high-volume product drops, processing times may extend up to 5 business days. You will receive a notification if there is a significant delay in your shipment.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer standard domestic shipping across the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier volume, or transit issues beyond our control.
3. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Sweedies ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please ensure your address is formatted correctly to avoid delivery delays.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can monitor your Sweedies' journey directly through the carrier's website.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International)
Currently, Sweedies primarily ships within the United States. If international shipping is available at checkout, please note that Sweedies LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages & Incorrect Addresses
- Damages: Sweedies LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to be happy. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team at support@trysweedies.com within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim (see our Return Policy for details). Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs.
7. Temperature & Freshness
While we do not ship chocolate, our Swedish gummies and foams are best kept in cool, dry places.
- Pro-Tip: If you live in a high-heat area, please ensure you are available to receive your package upon delivery so it doesn't sit in a hot mailbox, which can cause the candies to stick together.
